ABOUT ANDREW
Hi, I’m Andrew – a broadcast technician, director, vision mixer, and content creator with extensive experience across live TV, news, music, and esports broadcasts. Over the past 6 years, I’ve worked on high-profile productions for clients like the BBC, Amazon, DHP/Splendour, Notts TV, and Nottingham Trent University, contributing to both technical operations and creative content.

My work spans a wide range of live video productions, from IMAG and broadcast for major music events to directing esports tournaments. I've had the opportunity to work with artists like Rudimental, Madness, Noel Gallagher, The Kooks, The Blossoms, McFly, and Venbee, as well as a variety of independent bands. In esports, I’ve directed productions for events such as Amazon University Esports Masters, Riot Games Rising Stars, and the NSPCC’s “Game Safe Cup,” among others. I was also part of the team behind the creation of Confetti X, a flagship esports production education facility in Nottingham.

Previously, I served as Programme and Technical Director for Peak Media Group, overseeing broadcast infrastructure and programming for Peak Radio on DAB across Derbyshire and East Staffordshire.

I am deeply passionate about broadcast media and constantly seek to expand my knowledge of new technologies. I’ve gained extensive experience with broadcast systems like Ross Video Carbonite, Ultrix, Furio & Dashboard, as well as a solid foundation in Blackmagic Design equipment and Newtek Tricaster.

Whether I’m directing live TV broadcasts, crafting audio identities for radio stations, or creating compelling scripts for adverts, I thrive at the intersection of creativity and technology. Explore my work to see how I bring stories to life across multiple platforms.
